Terms of Service

1. Usage Rights
Commissions may be used for both personal and commercial purposes. Upon completion and full payment, the client is granted the right to use the artwork freely. However, I retain the right to authorship and credit for the work.2. Artist Rights
I reserve the right to post work-in-progress images and the final artwork on my social media platforms and include it in my portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.3. Turnaround Time
The minimum completion time is 1 week. Most commissions are completed within 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload.
A rush option is available for an additional fee of $20 USD, reducing turnaround time where possible.4. Process & Revisions
Clients will receive updates at key stages: sketch, lineart, flat colors, and shading.Major revisions (pose, composition, outfit, background, etc.) must be requested during the sketch phase.
After lineart approval, only minor adjustments (colors, lighting, small details) can be made.5. NSFW Content
NSFW commissions are accepted and will incur an additional fee of $20 USD.6. Credit & Sharing
Clients are allowed to repost and share the final artwork. Credit is strongly appreciated when doing so.7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a commission is canceled, refunds will be issued based on the stage of completion:Sketch phase: 90% refund
Lineart / flat color phase: 60% refund
Shading / final rendering phase: 30% refund8. Payment
Payment is accepted only through PayPal.
Payment must be made upfront or as otherwise agreed before work begins. Work will not start until payment is received. If the total price exceeds $50 USD it is possible for the client to request paying only 50% of the full price before the work is started, and the rest after work is completed.9. Agreement
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms of service.
